Smart Agrifood: where are we in Italy?
The role of digital innovation for the agri-food sector is increasingly clear in our country, as an essential factor in generating system efficiency and enhancing the value of Made in Italy products.
On the strength of this awareness, for the past four years the research of the Smart AgriFood Observatory - of the School of Management of the Politecnico di Milano and of the RISE Laboratory of the University of Brescia - has focused on the analysis of those solutions which, starting from the field and passing through processing and distribution, can give a clear competitive advantage to those who implement them.
