Definitions

SITE: the site www.editorialedelfino.it including its sub-sites directly traceable to the COMPANY and/or referring to domains traceable to the COMPANY.

CONTENTS: the textual content, the graphic and photographic elements, the trademarks and logos, the domain names, the sound, musical, video, audiovisual content, the functionalities, the technical documentation and the manuals and any material that can be viewed and accessed through the SITE.

VISITOR: anyone who browses the SITE. Access, consultation and use of the pages of this SITE imply full acceptance by the VISITOR of everything stated herein. Surfing the Site is free of charge except for any connection costs charged to the VISITOR.

COPYRIGHT: The CONTENTS of the SITE are the property of the COMPANY and are covered by copyright. The VISITOR is prohibited from copying, publishing, disseminating, transmitting or otherwise making available, even partially and/or as a result of modifications, any content published on this SITE, under penalty of civil and criminal sanctions. Reproduction of the SITE's graphics is also prohibited; the SITE's constituent elements are protected by trade agreements and their use is in accordance with trademark, competition and other laws and may not be copied or imitated. TRADEMARKS: The names of products and companies mentioned in this SITE may be trademarks of their respective owners, and unauthorised use of them is therefore expressly prohibited.

APPLICABLE LAW: Without prejudice to any other provision of law, all disputes or litigations that may arise regarding any use of the WEBSITE or CONTENTS between the COMPANY and the VISITOR or with parties who have collaborated or will collaborate in its publication or in the drafting or updating of the CONTENTS, the jurisdiction accepted is that of the Italian State and, in any case, the applicable law is the Italian law in force at the time of the dispute.

Right of withdrawal
Purchases made on the site www.editorialedelfino.it are governed by Italian law on mail-order sales. As there is a right of withdrawal, the consumer may revoke his order within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. We will accept the return of any book, as long as it is in perfect condition, returning the entire amount of the purchased product (except for the packaging and shipping costs, as provided for by Italian law, which remain the responsibility of the buyer). Cash on delivery packages will not be accepted. Moreover, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the purchaser for the purchase of magazines.
Withdrawal must be communicated to Editoriale Delfino by registered letter with return receipt to the address Editoriale Delfino Srl Via Aurelio Saffi 9 - 20123 Milano MI. If the withdrawal is communicated by e-mail, it must be confirmed within 48 hours from the sending of the e-mail by registered letter. Once Editoriale Delfino has received the return and verified the perfect conditions, it will have to return the entire amount of the purchased products within 30 days from the receipt of the return.

How to place an order
To place an order, when you reach the page of a chosen product, you must press the "Add to basket" button located at the end of each product. The products added to the basket will be displayed in the top right-hand corner. To continue, you must register. If you are already registered, you can be recognised by the system by simply entering your registration details using your username and password. Once you have completed your purchase, to continue, click on the continue button by clicking on the blue "proceed to checkout" button located at the bottom right of the screen. You will see a new page with a summary of the products to be ordered and the total amount of your order. Check that everything is correct, if necessary change the quantities of the individual products, then confirm the order.

MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTIONS

To subscribe to one or more magazines, choose the magazine and one of the different options.

Hard copy shipping
Shipments are made through the Italian Post Office. The shipment, which takes about 5 working days, is made one week before the date of the month shown on the cover.

Web shipping
Shipments are made by e-mail to the address shown.

Invoicing Subscriptions
No invoice is issued for the purchase of paper subscriptions, as VAT is paid by the publisher: VAT is paid by the publisher in accordance with article 74 of Presidential Decree 633/1972. The invoice will only be issued on specific request.

Browsable
The browseable product can only be read through our website.

PURCHASING VOLUMES

To purchase one or more volumes or parts thereof, choose the publishing product and one of several options.

Shipment of hard copies Shipments are made by SDA Courier. The shipping costs amount to € 9.00. The shipment takes about 4 working days.

Web shipping
Shipments are made by e-mail to the address shown.

Invoicing
An invoice will be issued automatically for the purchase of volumes.

Browsable
The browseable product can only be read through our website.

Methods of payment
There are four ways to purchase our products:

• Credit card on Gestpay's secure server with payment in advance;
• Cash on delivery with payment in cash directly to the carrier upon delivery of the ordered goods;
• Bank transfer with advance payment;
• Postal bulletin with payment in advance;
